Kings of Leon: Reimagined is a conceptual redesign of a large-scale live concert for the iconic Nashville band. Collaborating with a writer Charlotte Giles, I developed a narrative-driven performance exploring five key emotional themes from the band's music — from longing and fame to love, regret, and nostalgia. Inspired by the band’s roots and evolution, the stage design was influenced by the Parthenon and the symbolism of luck, incorporating cube-shaped LED screens that moved to reveal layered performance spaces.
The aesthetic was informed by Twin Peaks, The Holy Mountain, and Carlos Cruz-Diez, blending surrealism, Americana, and psychedelic colour. Physical models (1:500 and 1:100 scale), AutoCAD drawings, and 3D SketchUp visuals supported the design, along with moodboards and renders. The final concept delivered a bold, atmospheric experience grounded in storytelling, fan connection, and visual rhythm.
